VIRTS MILLER FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES ITS 2025 COMPETITIVE GRANT PROGRAM
The Virts Miller Foundation announces their second competitive grant program and its Request for Letters of Interest from the non-profit community.
In addition to its directed grant program, the Foundation intends to issue over $50,000 in competitive grants to area non-profits this year through a two-phased process.
“Our family has been fortunate to have achieved success through our past business endeavors, affording us the opportunity to give back to the Loudoun community,” said Sharon Virts, the founder of the Foundation. “Based on the results from the competitive grants awarded in early 2024, the family has decided to continue the program this year.”
All grants awarded will be in support of Foundation’s multifaceted mission to reinforce cultural significance, assist in the preservation of historical sites, ignite initiatives that fuel opportunities for the under-served in our community, strengthen and enhance access to healthcare and counseling services available to the community, and encourage the development and mentor- ship of the next generation through educational and training programs.
The Virts Miller Foundation invites local nonprofits to submit Letters of Interest via their website, www.virtsmillerfoundation.org or by clicking this link. Letters of Interest are due by July 30, 2025.
